Week 2 (30th March - 3rd April)

Well done for all of the brilliant work that you have produced and sent us this week - we have enjoyed seeing what you have been up to. For the next two weeks, there will be a grid with multiple activities on it. These are all optional tasks for you to complete if you want to. If you do complete any of these, please do send us photos as we still want to know how you're doing and what you've been up to!

Poetry competition

Today the children were tasked with writing a poem about food waste for a poetry competition. Above are some of the entries that we have been sent so far. Keep up the good work!

Miss James has  been contacted by a member of the Intensive Care Unit at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, who is in need of some art work to put up in the ward to brighten the staff’s day. It has been posted on the Facebook page with the details for sending their creations. The details to send it are:

FAO Melanie Gager

There are some templates attached above but you can draw anything so long as it is brightly coloured, named and has our school name on it.

Could you also email these to us as we have also turned this into a school competition, so each class will have 2 winning entries. All entries will be displayed in the Intensive Care Unit of the Royal Berkshire Hospital. Let's give something back to the NHS by brightening up their days ðŸŒˆ
