Help to use Google Classroom
We will be using Google Classroom for home learning to be make the learning more interactive, to make it easier for children to send in work and get feedback from their teachers.
We are asking children to be responsible for accessing their learning, rather than expecting adults at home to sort things out for them. When at school, children are used to logging on with usernames and passwords - they can do this!
To make things easier, we recommend telling your device to remember your login details. If you are using a tablet, you can install the Google Classroom app which will also make things smoother.
Below are a few pointers to help you get started.
If you need anything, please feel free to contact your child's class teacher. You can also ask Mr Jeffreys (Computing Coordinator) for help on email@example.com
We may be able to provide some limited support for technology at home, including:
- requesting an increase to your mobile data allowance
- giving you a mobile data SIM
- loaning you a tablet or laptop for your child to use
Please get in touch with Mr Jeffreys firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
