After reading the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, we conducted an experiment using gummy bears. We placed two gummy bears in water and then made predictions about what would happen. Some of us thought the gummy bears would disappear and some of us thought they would change colour.

We checked on the gummy bears each day and after four days something magical had happened! Our gummy bears had grown in size! They had absorbed the water making them extremely larger than a normal gummy bear! Eli was the only one whose prediction was right in that he said "they will grow bigger".
