Hello Year 6! We hope you have had a lovely weekend and are all doing well. Thank you for all sending in your baby photos, present photos and aspirations for the future for the year book; it has all been sent off ready for printing! This week, you have some transition and wellbeing tasks to complete to help you with your transition to secondary school. We know that some of you have transition days at your new schools over the next couple of weeks, so make sure you enjoy those and let us know how you get on.
