Welcome to Heron Class

Our class aims

In Heron Class we want all of our children to be successful and to enjoy learning. We hope that by being active learners, our children will develop a curiosity for knowledge and understanding that will put them on a good footing for later in life.

Meet our team

Mrs K Morris

I graduated from Reading University in 2001, with a degree in Education and Mathematics and then began my teaching career at Manor Primary School.  I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Manor and have been lucky enough to work in all phases and with all year groups.  From a young age I knew I wanted to work with children and I love the variety and rewards that teaching brings - no two days are the same!  It is a privilege to witness and be part of the growth and development of young minds.  When I’m not working, I enjoy socialising with friends and spending quality time with my husband and three children.

Mrs C Carlucci

I have been a teacher since 2010 after studying Primary Education for 4 years at Winchester University. I have had experience working across many phases throughout my career at Manor, which I have thoroughly enjoyed. I love that teaching gives me the opportunity to inspire and challenge the children in my class and that no two days are ever the same.

Mrs S Thompson

I have been part of the Manor team for 26 years. I started my journey as a lunchtime assistant and moved on to become a level three Teaching Assistant. Four years ago I also took on the role of Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA). I love supporting, encouraging and helping to develop inquisitive young minds. In my spare time I love spending time with my family and walking my dog Ori.
