Meet Our Team

Dove Class - Year 1/2

Class Teacher - Mrs C Haines

I have now been teaching for about 16 years, starting my career at Manor Primary after completing a music degree and PGCE in primary education.  From a young age I wanted to work with children as they are energetic, lively and all have individual and vibrant personalities making each working day unique.  It’s fantastic to watch every child develop, both academically and personally.  In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with friends and spending quality family time with my husband and two children.

Teaching & Lunchtime Assistant - Mrs T Eastwood

I started working at Manor Primary in 2019. I worked in Nursery for a couple of years before becoming a 1:1. I now work as a Teaching Assistant and love to see the children happy and excited to learn.

I have two sons, one of which still attends Manor and they have both loved their time here. In my spare time I attend my children's football and basketball games.

Eagle Class - Year 1/2

Class Teacher - Miss C Fryer-Saxby

I started teaching around 14 years ago, after working with children through various holiday and youth clubs.  I loved how curious young minds were and wanted the chance to inspire children so that they could be the best that they can be.  When I'm not thinking about how I could incorporate glitter into the days' activities I love nothing more than to spend time with my family or drink tea whilst watching Greys Anatomy.

Year 2 - Eagle Class

Class Teacher - Mrs K Morris (Monday to Wednesday)

I graduated from Reading University in 2001, with a degree in Education and Mathematics and then began my teaching career at Manor Primary School.  I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Manor and have been lucky enough to work in all phases and with all year groups.  From a young age I knew I wanted to work with children and I love the variety and rewards that teaching brings - no two days are the same!  It is a privilege to witness and be part of the growth and development of young minds.  When I’m not working, I enjoy socialising with friends and spending quality time with my husband and three children.

Teaching & Lunchtime Assistant - Mrs T Slade

I have been a Teaching Assistant for over 20 years. I love supporting the children in their learning and enjoy watching each of their different personalities develop. I like to be creative and come up with a variety of activities that children can take part in to develop their skills and knowledge whilst having fun at the same time.
