Welcome to Kingfisher
Our Class Aims
In Kingfisher Class, we encourage the children to be the best versions of themselves, both academically and socially, through new experiences and collaborative learning. We promote independence, responsibility and resilience in all subjects. We take pride in creating a classroom where children feel a sense of belonging and are supported in all areas, building positive relationships with peers and adults alike.
Meet Our Team
Mrs C Carlucci
I have been a teacher since 2010 after studying Primary Education for 4 years at Winchester University. I have had experience working across many phases throughout my career at Manor, which I have thoroughly enjoyed. I love that teaching gives me the opportunity to inspire and challenge the children in my class and that no two days are ever the same.
Mrs Z Harris
I started volunteering in the Nursery in 2009 to gain a Teaching Assistant Level 3 NVQ. After achieving this, I then became a full time member of the school and have since worked in FS2, Goldfinch, Year 1 and now Year 5. I am currently studying a BA Honours degree in Children’s Development at Reading University, in the hope of becoming a qualified teacher in the near future. I enjoy working with children to help them develop their confidence and creativity. In my spare time I love playing darts and spending time with my family.
Miss D Marney
I have been working in Primary Education since 2005. Having worked across all key stages, I am now a Higher Level Teaching Assistant currently teaching core subjects to Year 5. I am now in my final year of studying for a BA honours degree in Children’s Development and Learning at Reading University with a future aim of becoming a fully qualified teacher. I enjoy working with children, enabling them to gain knowledge about their immediate environment and the wider world.
