This week we have been discussing the life cycle of a butterfly and we have been waiting patiently for the butterflies in our classroom to emerge from their cocoons. 

 

This has inspired us to create our own butterflies. Follow the instructions below to create your own. Think carefully about the different colours and patterns you wish to create and look at the symmetry in your design.
